Week 5 looks like a Movies Night theme and song choices... at least via wiki. So I'm hoping these are legit. If not, I apologize, lmao.

Max and Harvey - "Kiss You" One Direction: This Is Us

Try Star "The Greatest Show" The Greatest Showman

V5 "September" Trolls

Vinnie Jones "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" Dirty Dancing

Megan McKenna "It Must Have Been Love" Pretty Woman

Jenny Ryan "Skyfall" Skyfall

:|

Yep. This season is such a trainwreck. :| :dead:

Wait, there's no wildcard round? Does Simon just make up the rules as he goes along? :dead:

Dermot addressed it on the show and said the wildcard slot was withdrawn.

Such a shame that Try Star went tonight.

01. Megan

02. Jenny

03. V5

04. Max and Harvey

Megan is in a completely different league, imo.

I echo these rankings. Max and Harvey have been good, but they have gone down since their first audition where have V5 have flourished.

Jenny making the finale after being previously eliminated, with zero B2 attempts makes me happy. I hope she gets to the Top 2, but I think shes going to get third.

Right? :dead:

Hmm I'm curious on why this has been changed. That's messed up getting the past eliminated contestants hopes up for a Wildcard shot to the final - even though I thought that was unfair to begin with.:haha:

I'm thinking Jenny gets 3rd too. I'm just so happy V5 made it to the finals. Of course they are 4th but it's huge for them making it this far.

Would predict:

4. V5

3. Jenny

2. Max & Harvey

1. Megan

Megan, please win.

Also, Vinnie going home just proves once again, all of us were right and Simon was wrong to save him. It stings because it’s basically confirmed Kevin had more longevity in him than Vinnie, which once again...any of us could have told you, Sy. >.

I mean, Kevin probably would've gone home this week since they put half of the cast in danger. :haha:

Since the forum is still having difficulties with past threads.... Guess we should make a new thread for this trainwreck of a season. :ermm: :*

Lol teasing.... but hoping Megan, V5 and the other few acts I like does well tonight.

:o I didn't even know this was in here, I need to watch this

Probably the first non-infuriating results week of the season even if I would've preferred Try Star over Jenny, it wasn't exactly a great loss and at least Vinnie's finally gone.

Top 4 ranking

1. Max & Harvey - I know Megan's gonna win but I'm rooting for them. Great performers and consistently solid vocals, I don't get the dislike for them tbh

2. Megan McKenna - She's great but her vibrato is kinda off-putting and all her performances sound the same.

3. V5 - Really good performers but their vocals are hit and miss, their sing-off performance was top notch though.

4. Jenny Ryan - I just don't get it, she sounds terrible to my ears >.< Having said that, Skyfall was her best yet and actually verging on decent until the last chorus.

Forgot to post my thoughts on the show.... but here they are:

1. Megan McKenna - It Must Have Been Love

2. Jenny Ryan - Skyfall

3. Try Star - The Greatest Show

4. Max & Harvey - Kiss You

5. V5 - September

6. Vinnie Jones - (I’ve Had) The Time of My Life

Don’t really have too much to say but I did think V5s performance was disappointing (although I did like it) and agree with Nicole on saying it was her least fave from them. Not a good song choice for them. Bbut of course Vinnie was by far the worse.

I did think Try Star had a good night of performances but between them and V5, I’d rather V5 stay (and V5 did bring it on their sing-off!) so I am glad that happened - but at least Try Star ended on a high note.

Top 4 rankings:

1. Megan McKenna

2. V5

3. Jenny Ryan

4. Max & Harvey

An okay Top 4, where I have liked performances from all four acts. I was expecting a lot worse from how this season and its eliminations were going. :haha:

I didn't even know this thread was in this forum until now. :lmao: you would probably be better off not watching this season. :ph34rwave:

Is Megan the first winner to lead the vote every week?

Simon stated a decade ago that Leona won every week too. Shes the only one we know thats won every vote since votes began began released.
